# Billpal Help

> Collect documents, review them and hand them over to accounting.

Billpal collects your invoices and receipts from your inbox, WhatsApp and supplier portals, reads them, assigns them to the right account and hands them to your accounting, as Excel, CSV or straight for DATEV, BMD and DVO.

Billpal isn't accounting software and doesn't file tax returns. Posting happens in your accounting software, by you or your accountant.
